BIG MOVES

What if a utopic Nairobi was our unrestricted goal and no change was impossible? The following list was formulated under these assumptions at our lunch-time brainstorming session.

1. Move the Government Center to the United Nations area
2. All of the Un-used Railway land is available for public-use development
3. All of the River-basin land is co-opted for leisure and public use
4. The Thika Highway can be developed without restriction
5. The Mombasa Highway can be developed without restriction
6. Kibera is no longer defined under a socio-economic classification system, it is now defined under a purpose/programmatic driven system.
7. Nairobi has a Cultural Center! - location t.b.d maybe its seed is the Go-Down Center

**We need more - post your ideas!
